Manju's Appam Without Yeast

Ingredients:
1 cup Raw Rice
1 Cup Idli Rice
1 handful Urad
1 tsp Methi
3 tbsp Coconut  Powder
1 handful cooked rice


Method:

Soak all ingredients except coconut powder overnight.
Grind the soaked ingredients adding coconut powder at the end.
Add salt and let it ferment.
Before making Appams, add a pinch of baking soda (Optional)
