Shashi's Raagi Dosa

Ingredients:

1 cup Urad Dal
4 cups Ragi flour
1 tsp Methi seeds

Method:
Soak Urad dal and Methi seeds and Grind them together.
Add Raagi flour to this and mix well to dosa batter consistency.
Ferment overnight and make dosas.
Enjoy with any chutney.
