Garlic Curry

Ingredients
Garlic 3 pods
Coconut ½ cup
Tomato 1
Tamarind Juice 1 tbsp
Dhaniya Pd – 4 tsp
Chilli Pd – 2 tsp
Jeera
Onion 1
Curry Leaves
Mustard
Oil
Salt

Preparation
Cut ½ onion and 1 tomato into small pieces

Take little oil in a pan and fry onion, coconut.

Add Dhaniya pd, Chilli pd and Jeera and fry for 5 more minutes

Cool and Grind this mixture

Heat oil in a pan, season with mustard, curry leaves, ½ onion, garlic pods and fry.

Add tomatoes and fry till tomatoes are mushy.

Add the ground masala and fry for 2 minutes.

Add 2 cups of water (or to a required consistency), salt and tamarind juice.

Boil till it comes to a required consistency/oil separates
