Ingredients
- Carrot - 1
- Peas - same amount as carrot
- Pudina - 1/2 bunch
- Onion 1/2 big
- Potato 2 1/2 boiled
- Butter
- Corn Flour
- Fry oil with onion and pudina, add vegetables
- Mix potato, veg, pepper, butter, Gharam masala to make a dough.
- Make cutlet shape and dip it in the corn flour paste (watery) and roll it in bread crumbs and shallow fry it.
