Brinda’s salads

Kohlrabi, Peanut and Sprouts
 
1:1:1 - finely chopped Kohlrabi:fresh/soaked peanuts:green mung sprouts
Add salt, pepper, lemon and cilantro.
 
 
Carrot and Green Channa Kosambari
 
Grate carrots, put channa, shredded coconut, cilantro, salt lemon juice.
Seasoning, mustard, urad dal, green chili, curry leaves and Hing.
