Ingredients
Chicken 1/2 kg
Onion 200 gms
Tomato 200 gms
Curd 1 cup
Cinn, clove,bay, card 2 each
Red chilli pd 2 tsp
Dhaniya 3 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Curry leaves
Oil, salt
Palak paste – 2 bunches
Method
Heat oil, fry garam masala
Add onion, gg paste, tomato, g chilli, curd.
Add chilli pd, turmeric, dhaniya
Add chicken, salt, water cook till done.
Add cashew paste (optional)
Add palak paste. And bring to a boil.
Garnish with cilantro and curry leaves.
