ಸೊಪ್ಪು and ಹೆಸರು ಕಾಳು
Ingredients:
Spinach or mixed Indian Greens – 1 bunch
Moong – 1 cup – Pressure cook with salt (2 Whistles. Do not soak)
Onion – 1
G. Chillies – 2-3
Garlic – 6-8 pods
Salt
Oil – 1 tbsp
Fry Onion, G. Chilies and Garlic in oil.
Add Spinach and fry till it wilts.
Add Pressure-cooked Hesaru Kaalu, salt if needed and cook till done.
