Ingredients
Boil
· Toor Dal 1 cup
· Vegetables (Okra or spinach or green beans or blackeyed beans or Moong etc)
Grind
· Coconut ½ cup
· Sambar Pd 2 tsp
· Cilantro
· Dhaniya Pd 1 tsp
· Turmeric
· Fried Onion 1 big
Season this paste with mustard and onion
Add 1 big Tomato paste
Add the boiled dal, vegetables, salt and tamarind juice and cook well
